“Santa Rod was truly the heart of our Pleasant Valley Winter Festival. From the moment he arrived, his presence felt incredibly authentic—like Santa himself had stepped right out of the North Pole and into our school gym. What stood out most was the way he took his time with every child. No one felt rushed; each family had a real moment with Santa.
One of the most touching moments of the day was when Santa Rod noticed a young boy with special needs who was having trouble getting comfortable in the busy environment. Without hesitation, Santa gently got down on the floor with him so they could talk and share a quiet moment together. It meant the world to that child and his family, and many of us watching were moved by the kindness and patience he showed.
Santa Rod didn’t just visit our festival—he helped create a memory our community will never forget. We would welcome him back to Pleasant Valley anytime.”
