About Santa Rod aka Left Coast Santa
I have been honored to don “The Red Suit” and portray Santa for over 30 years.
When I was a child, I remember seeing Santa a number of times, only to discover later in life that it was my Dad, portraying one of Santa’s helpers.
Having six children, and 10 Grandchildren, it was only fitting to continue a family tradition by spreading the Christmas Spirit and the Joy of Santa to my family and community.
I am a real bearded Santa and I really enjoy seeing the expression on the faces and the sparkle of the eyes of children of all ages.
I have portrayed Santa for schools, scouts, community and charitable organizations, private parties and businesses and Christmas events.

I believe in the Spirit of Christmas and spreading the love and joy of this magical time of year. Santa and his Head Elf “Sparkles” would love to bring the Christmas Spirit to your Holiday gathering!
